The Grateful Hiker is a hiker lounge located in the town of Blairsville in the North, Georgia mountains. It is a place where like-minded people can come together and form lifelong bonds through sharing their experiences along the Appalachian and other trails here in Georgia. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with music and good conversation for all who come through the doors. At the Grateful Hiker there will be access to a computer in order to get the necessary permits required for certain sections of the trail and any other information needed to assist you along your hike.

Hikers will also be able to come here while waiting for their hotel room to become available, wait for their shuttle to pick them up, drop off or pick up packages or just come in and say hello and tell us about your hike. All are welcome at the Grateful Hiker and we look forward to assisting each and every hiker on their personal journey whether it be a day, section or thru hike.
